  • "Hi Kay,  and THANK YOU for a wonderful class.  We found it very informative, personal and "human". We took a prenatal class at a hospital and while it was very factual, we felt that the human aspect was just not there. We wish we had known about you before."  Noliea

  • "...Kay was so well informed and knew her stuff so well. Being a doctor myself, I can vouch for that. I had excellent follow up after delivery and she was so supportive even postpartum. Her experience as an OB nurse was the icing on the cake.We could not have asked for a better  Lamaze instructor. We felt so much more prepared at the end of the day.  ." Violina, (Pediatrician)

Next Class -- Saturday, September 18th
Please reserve your seats no later then September 4th.
  • Our private & group classes are fun and interactive. There is a lot of hands-on-practice. We'll discuss Lamaze breathing strategies and relaxation skills, comfort measures, acupressure, massage and labor support. You’ll get a chance to practice them, to ask questions, and to get feedback on how you’re doing. You'll also learn about epidurals, c-sections, and other medical interventions so you'll be prepared for whatever comes up. Sometimes, simply knowing what to expect from childbirth can make it an experience you can approach with your mind at ease.  All Topics
