What will I learn from your Childbirth Workshop?
A childbirth workshop is a great way to prepare for labor and birth. The goal is to provide you with information to minimize your fears and help you make informed decisions, and teach you techniques to help you relax and cope. In addition, patients who are prepared are more in control and able to process information from the nurses and doctors easier
There is so much to talk about and many questions to answer. Childbirth Workshops allow you and your partner to gain knowledge and a level of comfort for labor and delivery. During class, you are able to meet many other couples and share concerns, experiences, and ask a lot of questions. Classes also includes information on anesthesia, medical procedures and the early post partum period. You'll watch DVD's covering all aspects of labor and delivery.
