What will I learn from your childbirth class?

A childbirth class is a great way to prepare for labor and birth.

The goal is to provide you with information to minimize your fears and help you make informed decisions, and teach you techniques to help you relax and cope.

The classes provides expectant parents with information about labor, pain relief options, care for mother and baby after delivery and basic instruction in infant massage, creative parenting and more. Practice sessions for breathing and relaxation techniques and discussion/demonstration of the role of the labor partner, labor massage, and more are included in this class series.

There is so much to talk about and many questions to answer. Childbirth Classes allow you and your partner to gain knowledge and a level of comfort for labor and delivery. During class, you are able to meet many other couples and share concerns, experiences, and ask a lot of questions. In addition, patients who are prepared are more in control and able to process information from the nurses and doctors easier. View Specific class topics
