"Everything was helpful for us, since we are having our first baby, and we are eager to gather valuable information that help us to raise our baby in a healthy way. We think breastfeeding is one of the better ways not only to feed our baby but to have a closer relationship with her, and Kay show us all the aspects of this. How to do it, how to take care of sore breast, what to eat, what to avoid, I even returned a wired maternity bra after the class! (thanks to Kay's advice)."

Hello Kay, I just wanted to write you this email to thank you again for such a wonderful learning experience, if it wouldn't have been for you i don't think i would have been able to achieve the drug free labor i had, you are amazing and very caring, we had so much fun with you and my labor was so relaxed and calm i loved it, my husband Mau helped me tremendously and we received Kendris Eduardo on Nov 28th, 2009 @ 12:12PM @ South Miami Hospital weighing 6lbs 9 oz and 19 inches long. "I want to Thank the two of you for such a wonderful class. Not only was it fun but very educational for both my spouse and I. I can truly say that we feel much more prepared for the big day. I know sometimes that actual day might not run as smooth as we hope for but I know that we will be ready regardless what happens. I feel very strongly that I'm going to be just fine and I'm sure the baby is very happy that Mom and Dad received some knowledge on labor. We will definitely keep in touch and hope to see you soon. The most helpful will be all the live demonstrations, and the explanation of some details that are not normally found in books, or at least are difficult to find. Also the instructor's experiences with delivery, childcare, and in general. I couldn't find something that was not helpful. Excellent job!! It met all my expectations and help me to know what to do.Thanks!!"

"Me and my hubby knew that we needed a little help to face labor day but it was only after we met Kay did we realize how much more we actually needed to know. We felt so much more prepared at the end of the day. We were really glad that we had her to guide us. Her experience as an OB nurse was the icing on the cake. We could not have asked for a better Lamaze instructor. We can not emphasize enough what an amazing experience it was to have Kay come for our private Lamaze class. So was so well informed and knew her stuff so well. Being a doctor myself, I can vouch for that. I had excellent follow up after delivery and she was so supportive even postpartum.
